My stay here was delightful! The rejuvenated room brought comfort, while the surrounding lake offered a serene escape. Evening ice cream treats made it special, but the noise from renovations disturbed my peace at times. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The renovation made the room feel brand new, and the lake outside was a relaxing spot to unwind. Best of all were the ice cream treats every evening!

The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with chocolate-covered strawberries for my husband's birthday! The evenings brought refreshing ice cream treats that the whole family enjoyed. Plus, the clean and modern decor made each moment spent in the hotel feel special and cozy.

Had an amazing getaway with my friends! We loved the outdoor pool and the hot breakfast. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, making our stay super convenient.

The location is fantastic, close to numerous restaurants and shopping areas while maintaining a quiet ambiance. However, I faced significant delays at check-in, waiting nearly 25 minutes despite multiple clerks being present. Additionally, the pool and weight room were closed for renovations, and late check-out requests were met with a curt response, which left a less favorable impression.

Plus, the hot breakfast at the hotel was an absolute win with plenty of options to fuel your adventures! And shoutout to the awesome front desk staff who made check-in a breeze!

our stay at holiday inn express was great! the hotel is located in a quiet area but close to restaurants and shopping. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options, and the staff at breakfast were so friendly. the beds were super comfortable, and we loved using the dove toiletries in the spotless bathroom.
